Overview
Blueprint is a mini AI audit for business owners. They describe where their days and budget go, in their own words, and get back a ranked roadmap of AI opportunities with effort, impact, and a directional ROI range for each.
How it works
An ElevenLabs voice agent runs the intake conversation, so the owner talks instead of filling a form. Claude analyzes the transcript against a library of automation patterns, ranks the opportunities on effort versus impact, and assembles the roadmap. The whole loop runs without a human consultant in it.
Why I built it
Most owners do not need a strategy deck. They need someone to point at the two or three places where a system would pay for itself, in an order that makes sense. Blueprint compresses that first consulting conversation into minutes, and it doubles as the intake step for my own consulting work.
