Helm

Marketing performance lives in five tools and the story lives nowhere. Helm unifies it and writes the decision.

Architecture

Connector per source, demo or live behind one interface
Normalized daily schema, source agnostic
Data quality agent, graded A to F
Pure metrics engine, ROAS CPA CVR with deltas
Brief engine, rules composer plus LLM via OpenRouter
Dashboard, decision brief and Slack alerts

Overview

Helm pulls Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Shopify and HubSpot into one normalized view, scores the data for quality, then writes a decision brief. What to move, why, and the projected impact. Not another dashboard to log into.

The problem

Teams export and reconcile numbers across five tools for hours, then still cannot say which channel is profitable this week. Dashboards add screens, not decisions.

What it does

Every source maps into one daily record, so the metrics engine never cares where a number came from. A rules based agent grades the data A to F before any conclusion is drawn. Then the brief engine turns the computed metrics into a short narrative with ranked reallocation moves, audiences to cut, and a confidence score on each call.

How it is built

One connector interface with a demo and a live implementation per source, chosen by a single flag, so swapping synthetic data for real APIs is invisible to the rest of the app. The brief is grounded strictly on computed metrics, never raw rows, so it stays cheap and never invents a figure. The model is provider agnostic through OpenRouter, so Gemini, DeepSeek, GPT and Claude all work by changing one string.

Try it

Open the live demo on two years of realistic data, or drop your own platform exports on the try page and read your first brief. Files are parsed in the browser and never uploaded.
